Dr. Macheala Crane grew up in the the close-knit, family-oriented atmosphere of Guymon, Oklahoma, a town she describes as a place where everyone knows each other; a town with a real sense of community ...and support. She remembers feeling that if she or her family ever needed help or resources, they could always count on friends, neighbors, or even friends of friends to lend a hand. That environment taught her the value of strong relationships, trust, and looking out for one another—values that have stayed with her throughout her life, and which have helped shape her approach to care.
Dr. Macheala realized she wanted to work in healthcare when she was just 13 years old and underwent a spinal fusion to correct severe scoliosis—a life-changing experience that shaped who she is today. For years, she navigated her recovery through traditional medicine. It wasn’t until she discovered chiropractic care that she truly found relief and regained a sense of normalcy. That transformation sparked a passion in her to understand the spine and the body’s incredible ability to heal itself. It led her to earn a bachelor’s in human biology and ultimately pursue a doctorate in chiropractic, so she could help others experience the same life-changing care that she did.
What patients love most about Dr. Macheala is that she doesn’t just listen—she actively inspires and empowers them to take full control of their health.
