Dr. Drennan's patients leave her clinic determined to live their best lives. "We only get one life to live," she reminds them, and overflows with joy when they tell her how chiropractic changed theirs.
Growing ...up in Larrabee, Iowa allowed Dr. Drennan to develop a relationship with chiropractic early in life. After a severe car accident left her with chronic, debilitating migraines, the 15-year-old found herself plagued by constant nausea and pain, which forced her to miss classes and sporting events. Multiple medications failed her. After an MD even told her that if she avoided dairy, chocolate and gluten her migraines "might go away" in a few years, she went to a chiropractor who relieved her pressure and resolved her pain. "Chiropractic gave me my life back," she tells hopeful patients. After that first adjustment she knew she wanted to become a chiropractor to help others avoid the suffering she went through.
Wellness for Dr. Drennan means benefiting from lifelong chiropractic care — both therapeutically and preventively — without relying on drugs and surgery. She maintains her wellness by playing volleyball — on the court in the winter in the sand during summer, and at tournaments all year long.
