All of Dr. Gray’s patients feel heard, understood, and taken care of — they know she’ll always be there to support and enjoy them. She wants to inspire them to enjoy their own body’s innate healing ...ability and reach their full potential just like she learned to do as teenager.
After a high school brain injury, her MD tried for two years to resolve her brain fog, migraines, dizziness, cognitive processing, and leg weakness. It wasn’t until her mom took her for her first adjustment that she started feeling relief. While trying to thank the chiropractor, she was told it was her own body doing the healing. That moment inspired her career choice and her philosophy of care.
Dr. Gray grew up in London, Ontario, Canada where she enjoyed attending Sunfest, a festival of world culture, music, and food, with her mom and friends. It’s where she was introduced to her beloved pupusas, which she learned to bake when attending Chiropractic school in Davenport where they could not be found. Good food and fun with friends have always promoted her wellness.
For Dr. Gray, wellness is being able to participate in life to the best of your ability without pain. She maintains her own wellness by playing guitar, writing poetry, playing Pokemon, walking, lifting weights and spending time with her partner who helps her through life's challenges.
Since earning her Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Gray has successfully treated hundreds of patients by applying her specialties: Activator, Sacro Occipital, and Blair upper cervical techniques.
